Paul van Eyk has been involved in financial advisory services for domestic and international clients for over 15 years. He is a specialist in supporting clients through complex transactions ranging from M&A strategy advisory and due diligence, to restructuring and turnaround consulting, and investigative and forensic accounting. He supports clients with a variety of specialized services, from restructuring, crisis and risk management, and M&A, to financing, performance improvement, cost reduction and change management.

Paul has managed a number of engagements across a variety of industries such as retail, mining, financial services, gaming and casinos, construction and engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, aerospace, food and beverage, and automotive. He has served as an expert witness in both Canadian and U.S. proceedings and has led high-profile, complex and precedent-setting restructurings such as Barzel Industries, Japan Airlines, CPI Plastics, and Comstock Engineering. He is also very active in the Canadian gaming industry, having advised a number of government clients along with private sector clients on modernization and due diligence matters. Paul is a sought-after speaker and has presented at a variety of industry-specific events and conferences.
