Autrefois impensable, la participation au capital est aujourd\u2019hui envisag\u00e9e, alors que ces entreprises adoptent des r\u00e9gimes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration fond\u00e9s sur la performance pour demeurer concurrentielles et soutenir leur croissance \u00e0 long terme. Ce virage traduit un besoin croissant d\u2019aligner les incitatifs offerts aux employ\u00e9s avec les objectifs des propri\u00e9taires et la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019entreprise.
