Ses enfants, tous impliqu\u00e9s dans l\u2019entreprise, peinent \u00e0 s\u2019entendre. Comment naviguer dans une telle situation?<\/p>\n    <div class=\"frame\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bl-wysiwyg animaenter wrapper\">\n    <p>Richter a accompagn\u00e9 de nombreuses entreprises familiales lors de transitions de leadership, notamment lors de l\u2019embauche de PDG externes, en les aidant \u00e0 s\u2019adapter \u00e0 leur nouveau r\u00f4le. Diriger une entreprise familiale en tant que dirigeant externe pr\u00e9sente des d\u00e9fis uniques, surtout lorsque les membres de la famille ont des visions divergentes, cr\u00e9ant un climat de division. C\u2019est le cas d\u2019un PDG d\u2019une entreprise familiale prosp\u00e8re qui a sollicit\u00e9 notre accompagnement continu.<\/p>\n<h2><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le d\u00e9fi<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La fondatrice, d\u00e9sormais \u00e2g\u00e9e, a recrut\u00e9 un PDG externe apr\u00e8s avoir constat\u00e9 qu\u2019aucun de ses trois enfants n\u2019\u00e9tait pas pr\u00eat \u00e0 assumer ce r\u00f4le. Bien qu\u2019elle ait pr\u00e9vu de participer \u00e0 cette transition, sa maladie soudaine l\u2019en a emp\u00each\u00e9e. L\u2019un des enfants, un contributeur cl\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise, a d\u00fb prendre les devants, tandis que les deux autres exprimaient leur m\u00e9contentement quant \u00e0 l\u2019orientation de l\u2019entreprise, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des tensions organisationnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Le PDG devait guider l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 travers une phase de croissance critique, tout en g\u00e9rant les dynamiques conflictuelles entre les deux fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs adultes, sans vouloir alourdir le fardeau de la fondatrice hospitalis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le PDG \u00e9tait confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des d\u00e9cisions d\u00e9licates : \u00e0 quel moment retirer un membre de la famille de l\u2019organisation face \u00e0 un risque croissant pour l\u2019entreprise? Comment le faire de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quitable et aussi harmonieuse que possible, en tenant compte des relations familiales?
