Richter named a Top Employer

January 31, 2019

Richter has once again been recognized as one of Montréal’s Top Employers! This annual competition – first published in 2006 – seeks to recognize employers in the Greater Montreal area that “lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work”.[1]

This is the 10th time Richter has made the list. “We continue to focus on building an environment and culture that is focused on our people” says HR Partner Tanya Greenidge. “We want to make sure that our people feel supported – not just when working on mandates but in their personal career aspirations as well. It’s so amazing to see people who started as summer students grow into well-rounded business advisors, becoming partners in our firm and leaders in our industry.” The focus on people and family was one of the main reasons Richter was selected as a Top Employer. “It’s humbling to be considered one of the best employers in Montreal” says Greenidge.

Among the other reasons selected, Richter was recognized for its philanthropic endeavours, youthful culture (the average age of all employees is 36), commitment to innovation and family-minded environment.
