Top honours for Richter!

February 2018

Richter has once again made the list of Montréal’s Top Employers! This annual competition – first published in 2006 – seeks to recognize employers in the Greater Montreal area that “lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work”.[1]

This is the 9th time Richter has made the list since 2008. “Our firm was founded in Montreal 92 years ago. Even after all these years, it is still humbling to be considered one of the top workplaces in Montreal” says HR Partner Tanya Greenidge. “Recognition like this is wonderful – but it also pushes us to seek continual improvement to maintain our spot in the “best of” category; not only for our clients, but for our team members who work so hard each and every day. We’re thrilled Richter’s team is being recognized formally for fostering a culture that is considered to be one of the best.”

Among the reasons selected, Richter was recognized for its contributions to local, national and international charitable organizations, its health spending account, which earmarks $1,000 to each employee as part of its health benefits plan, and its financial benefits, including year-end bonuses and referral bonuses.
