A man of genuine experience and profound expertise, Claude Lessard has worked in financial services for over 25 years. As Richter’s COO, he is head of the Finance, Marketing, IT and Operations functions and takes a leading role in Richter’s business strategy, planning and procedure improvement processes.
A skilled leader in operational and financial efficiencies, Claude is highly organized and an excellent negotiator. With strong interpersonal skills, he is able to build bridges and help teams see beyond limits, identify and deliver on the big picture, regardless of the project or task at hand.
