Marie-Pierre is Chief Operating Officer at Richter, where she translates strategy into execution and plays a key role in guiding the firm’s evolution as it builds on more than a century of history. She works closely with leadership to transform Richter’s longstanding strengths into a platform for sustained growth, ensuring the firm continues to deliver distinctive value to business owners and families.

Her work focuses on aligning strategy with execution and advancing key initiatives that strengthen Richter’s integrated Business Family Office model and support the firm’s continued growth. She plays an important role in rethinking the business as an integrated system designed to unlock deeper collaboration across practices and create greater value for clients. This includes transforming the firm’s operating foundations so that systems, processes and talent are intentionally designed to bring this model to life, while ensuring coherence across the organization, from leadership development to the way the firm attracts and develops its people.

Marie-Pierre brings more than two decades of experience helping organizations navigate complex transformation and growth. She is also Co-Founder of Kairos Global, a strategic advisory firm that supports leaders in clarifying direction, aligning their organizations and executing critical priorities.

A strong advocate of continuous learning, Marie-Pierre actively invests in expanding her leadership capabilities in a rapidly evolving business environment. She recently completed an advanced program at MIT focused on innovation, systems thinking and transformation in the AI era. She integrates these perspectives into Richter’s evolution as the firm prepares for its next chapter of growth.
