With more than two decades of experience in private wealth and institutional investment management, Errol brings a strong understanding of the needs of successful families, particularly where wealth, family priorities, governance, philanthropy and long-term planning intersect. His work is grounded in trust, insight and the belief that sophisticated clients are best served by integrated thinking and the right expertise around the table. 

Errol works with families and institutions to help them make thoughtful decisions in a complex investment and wealth landscape. He brings experience in discretionary portfolio management, investment strategy, portfolio construction, risk management and long-term planning, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support each client’s broader objectives. 

Before joining Richter, Errol held senior roles with respected wealth management and investment firms, serving ultra-high-net-worth families, foundations, pension plans, endowments, not-for-profit organizations and corporate clients. Over the course of his career, he has worked with some of Canada’s most prominent families and institutions, developing a reputation for relationship-driven advice, sound judgment and a deep commitment to client service. 

Along with his family, Errol is also involved in community and healthcare-related charitable organizations.
