Our partner Mindy Mayman was featured in “Cabinets comptables: l’équation de la réussite” in Les Affaires, discussing Richter’s proactive response to COVID-19 and our commitment to mental and physical health in the workplace. Richter has also ranked 7th on the Top 25 accounting firms in Quebec list this year.
On our response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mindy says “Video conferencing quickly became very important. The phone is not enough. In difficult times, our clients need to see us, even if it’s on a screen, and to feel that we are here for them.”
The article goes on to highlight how “Richter quickly established a COVID-19 response committee. The committee members had to adapt the premises according to the sanitary requirements of public health authorities and take care of the physical and psychological health of the firm’s employees. “For example, we improved the mental health insurance program, in addition to talking to our employees regularly to see how they were holding up,” says Mindy Mayman.”
