December 2025 – Richter acted as exclusive seller advisor to PatientSERV, in joining WELLSTAR Technologies. The acquisition of PatientSERV strengthens WELLSTAR’s commitment to delivering best-in-class uninsured services solutions to medical practices across Ontario.
