January 2023 – Richter acted as seller advisor to Clôtures Frontenac Inc. in the sale of the business to NAMAKOR Holdings. Founded in 1998, Clôtures Frontenac Inc. is a leader in manufacturing of aluminum fence, aluminum railing, and privacy slat.
