Richter acted as exclusive seller advisor to Algood Caster Innovations 

September 2026 – Richter is proud to have acted as exclusive financial advisor to Algood Caster Innovations in its sale to Colson Group, a portfolio company of Blue Wolf Capital Partners. Founded in 1969, Algood brings more than five decades of caster and wheel expertise along with a highly integrated manufacturing operation in Toronto, Canada. Algood’s capabilities span engineering and design, tool and die, metal stamping, injection molding, CNC machining, robotic welding and quality assurance, providing the ability to develop and manufacture solutions from concept through production within a single operation. Colson Group’s acquisition strengthens its North American manufacturing footprint and further expands its engineering and mobility solutions capabilities.  

This transaction was led by Brett Miller and Danish Khan of Richter’s Transactions Advisory team.
