July 2026 – Richter acted as exclusive seller advisor to Technologie Anti-Corrosive T.A.C. Inc., and Technical Acid Construction T.A.C. West Limited (jointly “T.A.C.”), a leading provider of specialized industrial anti-corrosion solutions, in connection with its acquisition by Reftech International Inc., a leading Canadian industrial maintenance and service company.  

This transaction was led by Joe Lo Dico, Ben Campagnale, and Yi Ming Zhou. Richter would like to congratulate T.A.C.’s shareholders on this important milestone and wishes continued success to T.A.C. and Reftech International Inc.
